Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ciel Labs LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Ciel Labs," "we," "us"). By using our website (ciellabs.app) or our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our products.

Not medical advice

Some of our apps provide estimates and general wellness information (for example, growth estimates based on the information you enter). These are statistical estimates — not a diagnosis, medical advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Always talk to a doctor about health concerns, and never delay seeking medical advice because of something shown in our apps.

Who may use our products

Our products are intended for general audiences. If you are a minor, you may use them only with a parent or guardian's permission, and any purchase must be made by an adult (or with their consent) through the payment methods below.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• App Store: subscriptions purchased in-app are billed by Apple, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime in your device's subscription settings (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period). Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies.
• Web: subscriptions purchased on our websites are billed by Stripe, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime by contacting [email protected] or using the management link in your receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• One-time purchases (such as in-app items) are billed by the app store at the time of purchase; refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
• Prices may change; we'll give notice before a change affects an active subscription.

Your license to use the apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse our products, interfere with their operation, or use them in violation of any law.

Our content

The apps, website, names, logos, designs, text, and illustrations are owned by or licensed to Ciel Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Content we display under license from third parties remains theirs.

Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that estimates will be accurate or that the products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ciel Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, ownership) survive termination.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon. We may update these Terms as our products evolve; the date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
